RETURN CONDITIONS
- Request within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, undamaged and complete with original packaging.
- The buyer pays return postage for personal reasons.
- Contact support first for defects, wrong items or transit damage.
- Report transit damage within 48 hours with photos, packaging and order details.
REFUND PROCESS
- Contact support with the order number, product and issue.
- Wait for the return address or additional-material confirmation.
- Pack safely, return the item and keep the tracking receipt.
- After inspection, the refund is processed to the original payment method.
