What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need to pay tax?

Tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and the rules that apply at checkout. Your final total is always shown before you complete your order.

What does โ€œ2 items = 10% offโ€ mean?

If your cart contains 2 qualifying items, you will receive 10% off the order. The discount is applied according to the current promotion rules shown on the site.

Does free shipping apply to one item?

Yes. Free shipping applies to all orders, including single-item orders.

How do I know my order was confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. If you do not see it right away, check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, contact support as soon as possible. Changes are only possible before the order enters the processing or shipping stage.

Why was my payment declined?
