Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • No signs of wear, use, or modification

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, items that have been used, worn, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
