What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Items with signs of wear, use, or modification are not eligible for return.
What items are not returnable?
Because of the nature of our products, any item that has been used, worn, or altered is not eligible for return or refund.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
How long does a refund take?
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If there is an issue with your order, contact support with your order number and photos if needed. We will review the situation and let you know the best resolution available.
