What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not covered as lost shipments. If you need help reviewing the tracking history, contact support with your order number.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
